Directly Shared Information

  • Account Signup: When you want to sign up for an account to access our software, we may ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the registration process. In critical cases, we may want your photo, time zone and language.
  • Payment processing: When you buy something from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, and paypal/credit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date and digits of the credit card number. 
  • Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name, position, and company name in the testimonial. Of course, we will ask you to review and approve the testimonial before we post it. If you want to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at [email protected].

Information Uploaded by Clients

A User may store or upload Client Data into the software database. Each Client is responsible foruploading their Personal Data and how the data is processed in or through the service.

  • Automatically Collected Information: When you login the software, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices and servers make available, such as the internet protocol address, browser type, language preference, time zone, referring URL, access date and time, operating system, mobile device manufacturer and network information..

  • Information from Cookies: We may use temporary cookies to identify users of our services and to enhance user experience. We use these to identify visitors, track website navigation, gather demographic information about visitors and users

Information that we collect from third parties

You can log in to LeadSpider using emails/credentials given by us to authenticate your entry in the platform. You can change the security/password of the credential in the software interface. Please review the terms and conditions page and data protection page carefully before using our service.
    • Information we collect from your integration with third parties: You may connect third party API integrations to your LeadSpider account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to or from your account. It is your responsibility to conenct third party APIs or tools you authorize. 
     
    • Information from Social Media Sites and Public Platform: When you provide feedback or reviews about our products on any site, interact, or engage with us on marketplaces, review sites or social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Sortlist, Clutch and Instagram through posts, comments, questions and other interactions, we may collect such publicly available information, including profile information, to allow us to connect with you and improve our products.

Customer Support

If you face any unwanted issues only occurring towards your end, you may give us your credential to check whether that is a server issue or any interference from your network. We will keep your credentials protected by the supervision of eligible person or management.
